Andasibe-Mantadia National Park can be visited throughout the year. Indri and most other lemurs can be spotted at any time, but the ideal months are April, May, October and November. Forest trails can be muddy, slippery and unpleasant after heavy rains, especially from December to March. The cold drier months from June to September are not as good for spotting reptiles and, to a lesser extent, dwarf lemurs.
