Ivato International Airport (TNR) in the capital city of Antananarivo (Tana) will be your point of entry to Madagascar. Your tour operator will likely pick you up from the airport and sort out onward transportation.

Andohahela National Park is in southern Madagascar. Visitors to this part of the country usually fly to Taolagnaro (Fort Dauphin). Andohahela can be visited as a day trip from Taolagnaro or en route to the popular Berenty Private Reserve. The distance from Taolagnaro to Andohahela’s ticket office is 42km/26mi and the driving time is 1½ hours*. It is another 40km/25mi to Berenty and the driving time for that is about 1 hour*.
