Most likely, your point of entry to Madagascar is Ivato International Airport (TNR) in Antananarivo (Tana). In most cases, your tour operator will pick you up from the airport and handle all onward travel.
Ankarafantsika National Park is located 450km/280mi north of Antananarivo and the driving time is about 8 hours*. Alternatively, you can fly into the coastal town of Mahajanga, located 115km/71mi west of the park, and the driving time from there is about 2 hours*.
