The road to Bemaraha National Park is impassable in the Wet season, from late November to March. The park and lodges close during that time. April is usually fine for a visit but many roads have yet to recover. The area is very hot, so hiking conditions are best in the cooler months from May to October. July and August offer the coolest conditions, but these are also the busiest months.
