There is no bad time to visit Berenty. The sanctuary is very accessible and trails are short and easy to walk on. The wettest months from December to March tend to be very hot and humid, so most visitors would be more comfortable on either side of that period. In April you can see the ring-tailed lemurs ‘stink-fighting’. This is a ritual where they rub their tails on their scent glands and then waft their smelly tails at each other.
