Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli

Nairobi to Amboseli

We pick you up from the hotel and drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving in the evening. If time permits, you will go on an evening game drive. Amboseli National Park is known worldwide as the home of the African elephant. A lot of other animal species are also found here. Later, have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2

Before breakfast, proceed for an early pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you proceed for another game drive where plains game namely zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and various antelope can be seen. You will have a break for lunch and leisure at the lodge or campsite and end with an evening game drive. Look out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which may be seen during clear weather from the Observation Hill. Large herds of elephants and hippos can be seen bathing in the swamp grounds whose water source is Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

Day 3

Amboseli - Tsavo West National Park

Amboseli - Tsavo West National Park

Go on an early-morning game drive and return to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast, you leave Amboseli for Tsavo West, enjoying a game drive en-route to Ngulia Safari Lodge. Check in and have lunch. In the afternoon, visit the rhino sanctuary and return to the lodge where there is usually a leopard around, and if you are lucky, you will see it. Dinner and overnight will be at the Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Day 4

Tsavo West - Tsavo East National Park

Tsavo West - Tsavo East National Park

After an early breakfast, go on a game drive with a visit to Mzima Springs. Later, you will depart from Tsavo West and head to Tsavo East which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man-eating lions. Enjoy a game drive en-route to Voi Safari Lodge Tsavo East. Check in and have lunch. In the afternoon, go on another game drive in the park before returning for dinner and overnight at Voi Safari Lodge in Tsavo East.

Day 5

Tsavo East - Diani Beach

Enjoy an early breakfast followed by an extensive game-drive. Tsavo East National Park is one of the world's largest game reserves, providing undeveloped wilderness homes to vast numbers of animals. There are many interesting aspects in the open areas of Tsavo East which include the spine of the Yatta Plateau, one of the world's longest lava flows. Afterwards, you will be dropped off at the train station for your drive to Diani where you will arrive late in the evening in time for dinner and overnight.
