Our safari guide will pick you up either from the airport or your hotel and immediately start your safari to Kibale National Park. You will have a stopover at the Equator for the chance to take some spectacular photos. Once back on the road, you will enjoy lunch along the way. You will reach the park and check in at the lodge. Enjoy an evening nature walk within the park where you will be able to view many wildlife species. Settle in for the night, enjoy dinner and your overnight stay.

Chimpanzee trekking - Kibale National Park
After an early breakfast you will drive to the park headquarters for a briefing from the park rangers about your Chimpanzee tracking, and then start your primate walk. The chimpanzee trek will take 2 – 4 hours depending on the movement of these primates. The walk is restricted to three groups of six people each in the morning and the same number in the afternoon. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch as you prepare for a visit to Bigodi wetland for some amazing bird watching. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Wake for an early breakfast and then head southwards to the home of the Mountain gorilla in Uganda. You will arrive in the late afternoon, check in at the lodge and then have the chance to take a guided nature walk to the waterfalls or a village walk around Buhoma Area. Later in the evening, you will return to relax at the lodge have dinner and turn in for the night.

Gorilla trekking - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You will wake up very early for breakfast and then proceed to the headquarters for registration and a briefing about your tour by one of the rangers. The guides will then take you through the bush pushing their way through the undergrowth and thick creepers, to track the gorillas. Once found, you will be given one full hour to spend with these majestic primates as they play around the trees. It is an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas. After your trek you will return to camp to relax, have dinner and turn in for the night.

Kampala
You will wake, have breakfast, check out and then depart for your journey back to Kampala. You will enjoy your lunch enroute and make a stopover at Mpambire, a small village known for its African drum makers. You can see the process of drum making and even buy one to take home. You will later proceed to Kampala, arriving in the late evening. This is where your safari will end.
