Full-Day in Masai Mara National Reserve
You will have more game drive safaris in Masai Mara. There is an option for a hot air balloon safari for an extra cost; which is usually about 45 minutes in the air that is followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.
Mara is famous for the Big Five; and with several rivers passing through it, there are many resident animals to be seen all year around.

Masai Mara to Western Serengeti National Park
Today, you will leave Masai Mara with lunch boxes for Serengeti crossing the Sirari border (we recommend having a Tanzania visa before arrival in Africa). You'll have a change of drivers and vehicles at the border; then proceed to Serengeti. You'll enjoy a game drive en-route to your camp in Serengeti.

Central Serengeti National Park
You'll enjoy more game drives in Western Serengeti, including Grumeti River which boasts a high concentration of crocodiles and hippos. You'll have dinner and an overnight stay in Central Serengeti. Central Serengeti is beautiful all year round with many residents animals to be seen in the area.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will have another game drive safari in the Serengeti. Then, you will drive to an overnight stay in Ngorongoro with an optional ($60/vehicle) visit to Masai Village, and an optional ($20/person) visit to Olduvai Gorge Museum.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
You will descend into Ngorongoro Crater for game drives, exploring the short-grass plains of the Crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100 square miles alive with lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalos. Later in the day, we will drive you to your overnight stay in Tarangire.

Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport
The park is spectacular in the dry season months of Jan-Feb and mid-June-October with many animals to be seen along the Tarangire River. Later in the day, you'll drive back to Arusha and proceed to JRO airport [if leaving today we suggest a flight that leaves no earlier than 7:30 pm. Alternatively, you could add spending a night at a deluxe accommodation like Planet Lodge for only $55pp, BB, and depart the next day.
For those who go back to Nairobi for their return flight from there, we suggest they do that for the next day flight, whose fare is at around $240pp incl. taxes. Alternatively, you can take the next day's schedule Riverside bus shuttle for $30pp, one way, which is a 5hrs ride]. You'll transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your return flight.
