Day 1

Pick up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:00am for a drive to Ngorongoro crater for a full day of tracking game with your guide on the crater floor. You will break for your picnic lunch at the Ngoitoktok springs picnic site. All the big five may be seen. Other species encountered are cheetah, grants and Thompsons gazelle, common zebra, wildbeest and the spotted hyena. Flamingos may also be seen at the Crater Lake. This day will truly be an unforgettable encounter. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Morning and afternoon game drive in the Serengeti with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge or campsite in the mid afternoon. The term 'serengeti' means endless plains in maasai language. In the central plains there are carnivores like, leopards, hyena and cheetah. This park is normally the scene of the annual migration of the wildebeest and zebras, which occurs between Serengeti and kenya's maasai mara game reserve. Eagles, Flamingoes, duck, geese, vultures are among the birds that can be seen in the park, Dinner and overnight in your camp.

After early breakfast leave the camp for your last game viewing on your way out of Serengeti National park, drive to Isebania for immigration formalities with packed lunch enroute. Continue driving to enter hemingway Masai Mara plains with afternoon game drive on arrival enroute to your tented camp if time permits. Dinner and overnight at your tented camp.

Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast from your camp / lodge you will have a full day spent game viewing a cross the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wild life to be found in Kenya. Lunch is served in the park a long the mara river, the crossing point of wildebeest and zebras during migration time. Return to your camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Wake up and have your early heavy breakfast, check out and load your luggage and then proceed for your last extensive early morning game drive in the reserve only if you didn't manage to do your safari game drive on the day of arrival, and this will now last for 4+ hrs. You will then depart for Nairobi with lunch on the way arriving in the afternoon.
