Day 1

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park

You will be picked from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala in the morning at 7am by your guide/driver and set off to Bwindi impenetrable Forest national park with en route stopover at the equator for photography and experimentation. Proceed a scenic drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest reaching in in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Bakiga Lodge.

Day 2

Gorilla tracking and cultural walk

Gorilla tracking and cultural walk

Early morning at 6:30am, you will have breakfast and gather at the park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don'ts while with the gorillas. You will be allocated the gorilla tracking group and head to the forest for gorilla tracking. This will take 3-5 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas in their nature wild. After spending one hour in the presence of the gorillas, you will descend back to the lodge where you will have refreshment. In the evening, you may go for cultural walk to Batwa community where you will learn more about their traditional life. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park and Boat Cruise

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park and Boat Cruise

In the morning, you will set off to Queen Elizabeth National park passing through Ishasha sector where you will have game drive in search of tree climbing lions. You will have lunch en route reaching the northern part of the park in the afternoon for Boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. You will see game as hippos, crocodiles, elephants along the channel banks as well as lots of bird species. Later transfer to Engazi Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Game Drive and transfer to Kibale Forest National park

Game Drive and transfer to Kibale Forest National park

Early morning, you will go for game drive to Kasenyi sector to catch up with early risers before they return to hiding places. You will encounter game as lion, buffalos, hyenas among others. On return, you will set off to Kibale forest National park reaching in the afternoon for lunch. In the evening, you may go for nature walk to Bigodi wetland sanctuary where you will encounter lots of primates such as vervet monkeys, colobus monkeys, Blue hoest monkeys as well as lots of bird species. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Chimpanzee tracking and transfer back to Entebbe

Chimpanzee tracking and transfer back to Entebbe

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will set off to Kanyanchu park headquarters for briefing before heading for Chimpanzee tracking in the forest. You will also have a chance to encounter other primate species as colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys among others. After an hour with the chimps, return to the lodge for lunch and then set off your journey back to Kampala and proceed to Entebbe reaching in the evening for your departure flight if on schedule.
