Our southward route leads us to Shingwedzi, a serene camp nestled along the Shingwedzi River. The 70 km drive unveils buffalo, elephants, waterbuck, impala, and leopards. Even rare antelope species, like Eland and Roan.
Shingwedzi camp, with its tranquil setting, invites unwinding while enjoying breathtaking views of the river's sandy beaches. Spend hours observing wildlife along the riverbanks.

Today hosts one last safari in the Shingwedzi area. We set out to follow the river, carefully scanning the low-lying branches of the giant jackal berry trees, hoping to catch a glimpse of the elusive leopard. On our return, a scrumptious breakfast awaits, marking the end of our time at Shingwedzi.
We embark on a journey further south toward our next destination, Letaba. The 110 km drive takes us through the landscapes of Mopani and bush willow, offering glimpses of diverse wildlife along the way. An own expense lunch at Mopani Camp adds a pause to our scenic journey, providing time to savor local flavors.
Arrive late afternoon in Letaba. Nestled on the banks of the Letaba River, enjoy breathtaking views of the river. Letaba features a Park Shop, swimming pool, restaurant, and The Great Elephant Hall—a museum dedicated to the largest elephants in the history of Kruger.
As night falls, dinner is prepared over an open fire. The evening offers a perfect opportunity to relax.

Arriving at Skukuza around 1 pm, enjoy an own expense lunch at the Sabie River, served at the camp restaurant. Skukuza, Kruger's largest camp, is the administrative hub.
After lunch, unwind using camp facilities, swimming pool, Park Shop, museum and Sabie River walkway.
In the afternoon, embark on a safari drive in Skukuza, known for excellent lion-spotting opportunities. Aiming to locate a pride with an impressive 20 members. Dinner is served under the stars in our makeshift bush restaurant.

Kruger National Park to Johannesburg
This morning, Kruger National Park may unveil one more surprise, as the wilderness often reserves its most enchanting moments for farewell encounters.
Our journey follows the Sabie River. In the soft morning light, we search for predators retreating after a night of activity. With some luck, we might witness the resident wild dog pack around Skukuza—a captivating end to our safari adventure.
Returning, we gather for breakfast, reflecting on incredible wildlife encounters and shared moments throughout the past ten days. We proceed to the departure point for the return transfer from Kruger to Johannesburg.
The transfer departs from Hazyview at 12:30 pm, reaching Johannesburg between 17:30 and 18:30, allowing ample time for your next destination.
