Lake Manyara National Park -game drive

Meet your driver guide at your Hotel in Arusha at 9.30am, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day game drive with picnic lunch at Lake Manyara National Park.

This National Park is one of the most Tanzania dramatically located wildlife areas, located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Lake Manyara’s unique tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of Flamingos attracted by the algae in the Lake.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro crater, Descend 610 meters into Ngorongoro Crater floor for 6 hours game viewing with picnic lunch. Spot the endangered black Rhinos, Lions, Elephants, Zebras, Buffaloes and wildebeest and other wild animals.

Also in Ngorongoro Crater Soda Lake you will see many species of birds including Flamingos. All these animals in turn support large predators such as Lions and Leopards, and scavengers such as Hyenas and Jackals.

Drive to Twiga camp for Dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park enjoy a full day game drive with picnic lunch.

Tarangire National Park covers 2,600 square kilometers and at dry times, the concentration of animal’s rivals that of the much better known Serengeti – the game numbers are staggering: E.g. 30,000 Zebras, 25,000 Wildebeests, 5,000 Buffaloes, 3,000 Elephants, 2,500 Maasai Giraffes and over 1,000 Fringe-eared Oryx’s (gemsbok), Predators include Lions, Cheetah and Leopards.

Also flocks of birds: E.g. Green Wood Hopes, Fisher Lovebirds, white bellied go-away birds and giant kingfishers.

Late evening drive back and drop off at Arusha Town.
