Day 1

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and Transfer to Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and Transfer to Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and proceed to the immigration desk for a Visa stamp. Before leaving the desk, make sure your passport is correctly stamped. Outside the airport, you will meet your safari guide, who will hold a signboard with one of your names.

Haradali Home is a luxury homestay that allows you to interact with a Tanzanian family one-on-one. When we built our home, we realized it was a beautiful location and wanted to share it with our guests. Unlike a hotel, it allows flexibility and gives a home-like atmosphere, which is the best for children on safari. Feel like you have found a long-lost family at our property, and enjoy your night of laughter and love. Explore the garden and small farm and interact with different people at the property; children can also ride bicycles around the area, and we have a reading room for them to borrow some books and a swimming pool. We can not wait to have you with us!

Guided game drive in Ndutu Ngorongoro side

Leave with a packed lunch to Ndutu area. Located in the southern Serengeti ecosystem and spilling into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Ndutu is the heart of the calving season and a prime spot for unforgettable game drives.

From January to March, the rich grasslands of Ndutu become the stage for one of the most dramatic wildlife events on earth — the wildebeest calving season. During this time, hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles gather to give birth, attracting predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards. The action is raw, real, and constant.

With a second full day, you get deeper insight, more variety, and a better chance to witness rare behaviors — whether it’s a lioness with cubs or a cheetah on the hunt.

Ngorongoro Crater tour

On this day, you will be moving to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Scientists argue and claim this to be the 8th Wonder of the World; however, it still needs to be established. We will leave that decision to you. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area covers an area of about 260km² (100mi²). Explore Africa's 'Garden of Eden' in the comfort of your safari vehicle and spot the Big Five—elephant, buffalo, leopard, lion, and the rare black rhino. You will also see hyenas, jackals, flamingos, and yawning hippos. You will descend into the crater filled with vegetation, forestry, and animals. Enjoy a guided game drive and head towards your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay as you reminisce about your safari.

Best Time To Visit June to October (Wildlife viewing is best)
