Your safari will officially begin in Kasane, Botswana, a township that is famously known as the gateway to the Chobe National Park. Bush Baby Calls is happy to assist with pre-tour arrangements such as accommodation and transfers from Victoria Falls or any nearby border or International or Kasane, Botswana, if required. On arrival in Kasane, your guide will give you a full safari briefing and take you shopping for your safari snacks or any extra utensils you might need for the rest of the safari. The first highlight of your safari will be a boat cruise on the Chobe River. The camp will be set up at the campsite in the Chobe National Park with temporary ablutions.

Day 2

You will depart camp early morning and head to the Chobe National Park for a game drive where you will get the chance to feast your eyes on the famous big five of Africa. After the game drive, you will return to camp for lunch where you will rest and prepare for an afternoon game drive.

Day 3

At the break of dawn, your safari guide will be drive you to the park where you will explore other parts of the Chobe National Park where the largest herd of elephants and buffalos roam. You will be able come acrosss with them as they journey back from the river and other water source after their morning drink. In the afternoon, you will go to the river front to see animals as they gather for their last drink for the day.

Day 4

At the break of dawn, your safari guide will be driven you to the park where you will explore other parts of the Chobe National Park where the largest herd of elephants and buffalos roam. You will be able to come across them as they journey back from the river and other water sources after their morning drink. In the afternoon, you will go to the riverfront to see animals as they gather for their last drink for the day.

Day 5-6

You will spend two days embarking on adventurous game drives and journeying to the water holes to observe the animals that roam this area as they gather for their routine drinks. You will also visit the Savuti marsh to see the striking landscapes of this wilderness.

Day 7
Moremi Game Reserve
Moremi Game Reserve
From Savuti, you will drive to Moremi Game Reserve, one of the best wilderness areas of Botswana, where its landscapes host swamps and dry areas. Here, you will feast your eyes on the wide variety of wildlife and birds which take wing in these areas, while absorbing the sounds and beauty of this region. You will embark on game drives in the early morning and in the late afternoon. After your morning game drives, you will return to camp for lunch and a siesta. Camping will be in private designated campsites with bush ablutions.

Day 8-10

You will continue your stay in this area for 3 days i.e. days eight, nine and ten (Days 8-10), in this wild-life-rich area. You will embark on exciting game drives across the many magnificent sites of the Moremi Game Reserve and partake in adventurous activities.

Day 11-14
Okavango Delta

Your adventure will take you to the west of Maun, where the Okavango Delta, a corner of paradise, sits in all its beaty. Once you have reached the edge of the Delta, your equipment will be transferred, and you will take board the mokoro (dugout canoes) and cruise along the narrow papyrus-lined channels enjoying the exquisite birdlife of the region as well as the stunning landscape. Deep in the Delta you will set up camp and enjoy the quietness of the bush. You will spend three days exploring this beautiful area on mokoro excursions and taking guided walks on the islands and floodplains of the Okavango. You will be exploring the beauty of these landscapes on sunrise and sunset mokoro cruises and nature walks.
