Arusha is the safari capital of Tanzania — nestled below Mount Meru and close to Mount Kilimanjaro. The town was built by the Germans as a center of colonial administration and because of its temperate climate, Arusha is a good spot for your safari. Your overnight stay will be at the African Tulip Hotel.

Day 2
Tarangire National Park

You'll depart with your naturalist guide for Tarangire.
Tanzania's third-largest national park has the greatest concentration of wildlife in Tanzania. In the dry season, the Tarangire River is a magnet for thirsty wildlife. Large herds of elephants and migratory wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, and elands gather and not surprisingly the predators follow. Tarangire National Park is also known for its spectacular baobab trees and its breathtaking views of the Masai Steppe and the mountains to the south. Your overnight stay will be at Maramboi Tented Camp.

Day 3
Serengeti National Park

In the morning, you will depart to Serengeti National Park, through Ngorongoro Highlands and Olduvai Museum.
Ngorongoro Crater offers spectacular animal life throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass of water. Local wildlife includes the black manned lions, the highly endangered black rhinos, wildebeests, zebras, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and many more. The birdlife is also prolific with flocks of flamingos on the soda lake as well as other species of water birds. Olduvai Gorge Museum(Extras-optional for $36 pp).
The museum exhibits the story of the anthropological artifacts that have been discovered and the research that has been generated in this area. Furthermore, the museum has dedicated a room to the Leakey Family and their achievements as well as to the famous Laetoli fossilized footprints. The museum staff will guide you through the museum. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a game drive. Your overnight stay will be at Kubukubu Tented Camp.

You'll enjoy morning and evening game drives through either central or western Serengeti. Serengeti is perhaps the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world. These vast, seemingly unending plains are inhabited during the migration by enormous herds of wildebeests and zebras. There is a great of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, impalas, buffalos, birds, and up to ten thousand elephants. Your overnight stay will be at Kubu Kubu Tented Camp.

After breakfast, you will drive to Arusha in the afternoon (approximately noon) in time for your evening departure. This is the end of the services.
