1-Day Tree-Climbing Lion Safari - Lake Manyara

Our driver-guide will meet you at the designated place and give you a short briefing before you are driven west to the East African Great Rift Valley and Lake Manyara National Park. You will drive through the agricultural and fresh produce market town of Mto Wa Mbu, which is situated next to the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. The town is a souvenir hunter's paradise where thousands of salesmen are ready to sell their ware at your slightest invitation.

With a picnic lunch in hand, you will enter Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive in the park in search of the tree-climbing lions. The game drive takes you until late afternoon when you head back to Arusha to be dropped off at the place of your choice or transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport. This is where your safari will end.
