3-Day Serengeti/Ngorongoro from Zanzibar

Zanzibar - Serengeti National Park

You will either have breakfast or take a breakfast box with you as, you will catch your flight at Zanzibar Air port to Central Serengeti - Seronera. On arrival you will be picked up by your driver/guide then take you on your journey / First game drive to the Serengeti National Park. You will stop for a picnic lunch on a Kopje (rock outcropping) at the central Serengeti where you will continue on an exciting game drive. You will arrive at your lodge in Central Serengeti during sunset. After dinner you will turn in for the night.

Serengeti National Park

You will get an early start on an early morning game drive to see nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light. You can take breakfast boxes with you and have a bush breakfast. You visit the interesting documentation center about Serengeti at Seronera and then proceed on a game drive till sunset. Then later you will be back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti -Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After an early breakfast you will explore a once in a lifetime game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater often described as one of the amazing “wonders of the world”. The crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its high walls, you can expect to see lion, elephant, zebra, hippo, flamingo, jackal, rhino, antelope, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted on your game drive. After lunch you will ascend the crater floor and head back to your camp where you will collect your equipment and then drive back to Arusha. You will arrive late in the evening and be dropped off at your designated spot. This is where your safari will end.
