1-Day Moremi Safari Excursion

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Your guide will pick you up, in a safari vehicle, early in the morning and you will head northwards to Moremi Game Reserve.

Contained within an area of approximately 3900 square kilometers, it boasts diverse ecosystems ranging from floodplains, waterways, lagoons, grasslands, and mopane woodlands.

At Moremi’s South Gate, you will enjoy a light breakfast consisting of coffee/tea, juice, cereals, rusks, fruits, etc. Thereafter, you will enjoy a game drive as the guide takes you through the dramatic landscapes of this reserve.

In the mopane scrub, look out for large herds of African elephants, and in the waterways for pods of hippopotamuses. You should also keep an eye out for predators like lions and raptors such as the mighty martial eagle, the majestic African fish eagle many others.

Around lunchtime, a nice picnic area is selected in the bush where you will enjoy your packed lunch before continuing with your Moremi day excursion.

The safari officially ends upon reaching Maun.
