Nairobi/Masai Mara

You will be picked up from your hotel within Nairobi City Centre or you can come to City Market along Muindi Mbingu Street in the morning and start the safari by driving to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley where you get a chance to take some pictures of the beautiful landscape. After which, there will be another stop-over at Narok Town for washroom break and refuelling before we continue our drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve where you arrive at the lodge by lunchtime (Alternatively you can take lunch enroute depending on time). Upon arrival at the lodge/camp, you will be guided to your accommodation, settle in and relax after lunch. This will be followed by your first-afternoon game drive, your first taste of African wildlife Adventure in searchof Big5 and the big groups of migrating wildebeests. Later drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Full Day Game drive with love for the Big5

The entire day will be spent game viewing and exploring the park’s high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals including the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.

With over 450 species of birds and animal species, you will have the opportunity to travel search plains and rolling hills spot the park’s large populations of wildebeest, rhinoceros, buffalo, black-manned lion, leopard, elephants, hippos, cheetah, zebra, impala, gazelles, hartebeest, warthog, ostrich, topi and the Masai giraffe.
Like in the Serengeti in Tanzania, the wildebeest are the dominant inhabitant of the Masaai Mara, and their numbers are estimated in millions.

Later drive back to the lodge and relax as you enjoy the wildlife surrounding the lodge.

Final day with unforgettable memories

After breakfast you can choose to have an optional visit to a Maasai village (at an extra cost not included in the initial package). Here you will be welcomed by the locals singing and dancing, a sacred ritual that has formed their rich tradition. Part of the tour includes a glimpse to their local homes and way of life.

Later depart Masai Mara with lunch break enroute and drop off to hotels within Nairobi City Centre or at City market, marking the end of the safari with unforgettable memories.
