Day 1

Arrival - Moshi/Kilimanjaro Airport

Upon arrival and pick-up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport or the alternative at your hotel in Moshi, you will be driven to the the Kili Cottages Moshi for dinner and overnight stay. In the evening you will have a briefing with your driver/guide to prepare you for your adventure discovering the Ngorongoro Crater and endless land of the Serengeti.

Day 2

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast you will check-out of your cottage and depart for the Lake Manyara National Park. The wall of the Great Rift Valley can be seen as you approach the park gates. You will visit the town of Mto wa mbu (Mosquito River Town). The park covers various types of 12 principal habitat including open grassland, acacia woodlands, scattered bush lands and tropical forest. A high concentration of baboon and large numbers of monkey will welcome you as you enter the park gate. The lake shore supports more than 350 species of birdlife as well as hippo, python and crocodile. The park is well-known for its unique and elusive trees-climbing lion. You will check in at the Buganvillie Lodge Karatu and take off on a game drive; before returning in the late evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch to enjoy along the way with an option of visiting Oldupai Gorge, a historical archaeological site. You will enter the Serengeti by way of the Naabi Hill Gate and take off on your first game drive into the middle of the park and along the Seronera River. In the evening you will drive to the Serengeti Acacia Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

After an early breakfast you will take off on another exciting game drive in the Serengeti discovering all of the majestic wildlife and the wide variety of birds. You will enjoy your lunch along that drive. Later in the evening you will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

On this morning you are heading to the largest unbroken caldera in the world! After breakfast you will check-out and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, traveling through Naabi Hill Gate. You will enjoy another game drive along the way. Upon arrival you will descend to the crater floor and experience a half day game drive where you will see animals up close. If you are lucky, you will see some of the “Big Five”. Later in the evening you will ascend to the crater rim for settle in at the Buganvillie Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ngorongoro - Tarangire National Park - Moshi

After breakfast you check-out and take off to Tarangire National Park with a game drive along the way. You will view a variety of wildlife in the park before you travel back to Arusha for your connection to Zanzibar or you drive back to Moshi. This is where your safari will end.
