2 travelers on Start dateGame drive in Tarangire National Park
We will pick you up from the agreed-upon point in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. You will have lunch and a game drive in the park. The park derived its name from the Tarangire River that rises in Central Tanzania's highlands and winds through the game sanctuary. The animals come by their thousands from as far north as Lake Natron's shores to the bank of this river, significantly swelling the resident population with wildebeest, zebra, eland, elephant, hartebeest, buffalo, and fringe-eared oryx.
During the dry season, the Tarangire pools are full of thirsty migrants, and the elephants begin to dig for underground streams in the dry riverbed. Tarangire National Park is said to have the highest recorded number of breeding bird species for any habitat in the world. In the evening, we drive to Mto wa Mbu village for dinner and our overnight stay at Panorama Safari Camp.

Transfer to Serengeti National Park for a sunset game drive
After breakfast, you’re off to the famous Serengeti National Park, home of the great migration. Your drive today is spectacular as you drive up the crater highlands, stopping at the rim for a bird's-eye view of the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. As you crest the hillside, the vast Serengeti spreads out before you as far as the eye can see.
Serengeti means “endless plains” in the Maasai language. Large predators, including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park. Dinner and overnight will be at Seronera Public Campsite.

Sunrise game drive in Serengeti then transfer to Ngorongoro Crater rim
Today, you will wake up very early to do an early-morning game drive before breakfast to spot the animals when they are more active and to experience a fantastic sunrise. The sunrise in the African savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences ever. After the game drive, return to the camp for brunch.
In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th Natural Wonder of the World. The crater is a virtual Noah’s Ark, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino. The giant bull elephants that reside here have huge tusks due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you’ll ever see in your life.
