Meet and Greet

On the first day of your trip, you will be met by your by your Mr Shuttle Driver/Guide at either OR Tambo International Airport or at your hotel.

You will be taken to Toro Yaka Bush Lodge via the beautiful Highveld farmlands and through the scenic subtropical lowveld with a few comforts breaks along the way. When you reach Toro Yaka Bush Lodge, you will be helped to the reception area, where you will need to check-in. You will be helped to your room, where you will have some time to get settled in and get freshened up.

After you have settled in, you will be off on the first Safari Activity, a Safari Drive. Now you have the first chance to see all the animals that Toro Yaka Bush Lodge has to offer in their African habitat.

Upon arrival back from your Safari Activity, it would be time to get ready for a true African dining experience in the Boma around an open fire under a starlit sky before retiring back to your room for some needed rest.

Full Day at Toro Yaka Bush Lodge

You can expect to be up quite early today. Morning game drive awaits you this morning both are escorted by a qualified ranger who will help you observe how mammals, insects, birds, and reptiles, live and interact with their roles, within the savannah ecosystem.

You can expect a hearty breakfast When you return to the Lodge from your action-packed outing in the African bush. After breakfast, you have the rest of the day to enjoy some peace and quiet. There are some activities that you also can do when you are at the Lodge, Massage treatments on offer include Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, and Indian Head massage.

Now it is time for your last safari game drive of the day, which gives you a good chance to see the big game of all varieties.

Once you have returned from your drive, you will have time to freshen up before having dinner.

Departure from Lodge back to Johannesburg

This is, unfortunately, your last day at Toro Yaka Bush Lodge you can expect another early wake-up call to go on your last Safari Drive of the trip, so you have one more chance to catch the animals at the watering holes.
When you get back from the drive you will have some time to get freshened up before you will once again be met with an amazing breakfast.

After you had breakfast it will be time to get all your things ready to check out at the reception, where you will once again be met by your Mr Shuttle driver who will take you back safely to OR Tambo International Airport or to your hotel.
