7-Day Hwange Game Drives & Victoria Falls Tour

Hwange game drives & Stay at ivory lodge

Clients will be picked from their hotel or lodge in Victoria Falls in the morning at 7:00 am. The drive will take approximately two hours of safe driving. Expected time of arrival at the lodge will be around 9:30 am upon which check-in will be done then guests can settle in and spend the afternoon at leisure, reading a book on the day bed overlooking the waterhole or cooling off in the pool. The first day activity will be an afternoon game drive in the private concession or the famous Hwange National Park depending on game movement.

Day 2-3 will start with morning breakfast after which guests will enjoy the Ivory Lodge Safari Experience; this can be a game drive in the private concession or the Hwange National Park. Game drive routes through the Park or the concession depend on the guide's recommendation with regards to where the wildlife is. Game drive can either morning and afternoon with brunch served at the lodge; or a full day safari experience.

Tour of Victoria falls & stay at Batonka lodge

Guest will be expected to arrive from Hwange National Park at around 13:30 pm, they will be assisted with check-in, shown their rooms to settle-in. The activity that awaits on their first day in Victoria Falls is the Sunset Zambezi Cruise. Guest will be picked from the lodge, for the sunset cruise at 16:00 hours. The cruise will be two hours, after which they are transferred back to the lodge.

Day 5 will begin with morning breakfast, then at 8:00 am guest will go for guided tour of the Falls which will take two hours. After the Falls tour guest will do a lion walk at mid morning 11:30 being picked from the lodge. The lion will take 3 hours to complete then, time available before the day ends can be used to do shopping. At 7pm guest will go and enjoy the Boma dinner and drumming show at the Safari lodge. That will finish at 10:00 pm.

Day 6 will begin with an early morning pick up to do Elephant Back Safari and at mid-day they will do a 15 minutes helicopter flight & shopping.

End of tour & transfer to Victoria Falls Airport

On the last day guests will be picked from the lodge after morning breakfast and checking-out at 10am. They will be transferred to the Victoria Falls Airport for their departure flight. A consultant/ guide will assist them until they finish the Flight check-in procedure at the Airport.
