Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, your driver/guide will transfer you to Arusha National Park, home to over 400 bird species and stunning landscapes. You’ll check in at Momella Public Campsite, where your guide will provide a tour briefing while the tents are set up.

If your flight arrives after 3:00 pm, travel to the campsite won’t be possible, and an overnight stay in Arusha will be required (not included in the tour price).

After breakfast, set off for Mto Wa Mbu, a vibrant town rich in culture and tradition. Spend 1-2 hours exploring its bustling streets, learning about the Maasai and over 100 other ethnic groups that call this area home. Visit plantations, local craftsmen, and an authentic bar to taste traditional banana beer. Stroll through lively market stalls filled with fresh produce before enjoying a delicious local lunch, prepared by a welcoming Tanzanian “mama”.

After lunch, continue your adventure to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon safari. As the day winds down, arrive at Endabash Public Campsite, a peaceful spot nestled in the heart of the park, where you’ll set up camp and enjoy an evening surrounded by nature.
