Entebbe - Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

After an early morning breakfast, your driver will meet and greet you at your hotel. This will be followed by a transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. At Kayabwe Equatorline, there’ll be a brief stopover for the picturesque moment. There will be another stopover in one of the cities along the way for lunch arriving at Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in the evening. Your overnight stay will be at Travelers Rest Hotel or similar.

Gorilla Trekking Safari in Bwindi/Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

After an early morning breakfast, you will transfer to the ranger station for Uganda gorilla trekking briefing on dos and don’ts while you will be interacting with gorillas. Afterward, you will be accompanied by a senior ranger guide and hike into the forest in search of gorillas. Once you find them, you usually have an hour with them, time to sit and observe them at very close quarters of 10 meters. After the experience, you will return to the lodge. Your overnight stay will be at Travelers Rest Hotel or Similar.

Golden Monkey Trekking, Mgahinga Gorilla National Park - Lake Bunyonyi

After an early morning breakfast, you'll transfer to the Ntebeko Visitors Center ahead of the Golden Monkey trekking tour. It's a unique experience that will enhance your primate safari in Uganda! You will be led by a ranger guide and hike up into the volcanoes in search of these endangered monkeys. After you find them, you’ll be allowed to stay with them for an hour. Then, you will return to the trailhead to begin your journey to one of the most beautiful lakes in Uganda. Lake Bunyonyi is nestled in a valley between Kabale and Kisoro. Your overnight stay will be at Lake Bunyonyi Overland Camp or similar.
