Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you'll meet and greet our local African Paradise Safaris representative and your guide. You will be transferred to the city hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can have a city tour, visit a giraffe park or relax at the hotel.

Day 2

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be met and picked up from the hotel by your safari guide. The tour guide will brief you about the safari then depart to Amboseli National Park, set against the legendary Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. Amboseli is home to the “Big Five” of African wildlife; elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard. The view of the Amboseli plains with elephants moving below the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro, is one of the most photographed vistas in Africa. A network of swamps and wetlands ensures excellent game viewing year-round.

Upon arrival in the park, have an en-route game drive as you head to the lodge. Check in and enjoy your lunch. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive with an expert game driver.

Day 3

Explore Amboseli National Park

Explore Amboseli National Park

You have a full day to explore the park. After breakfast, depart for the morning game drive. You'll be transferred to your lodge for lunch at leisure. Later, head out on the afternoon game drive and return to the lodge for dinner. You will be able to see the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, the Big Five and more than 400 bird species.

Day 4

Amboseli to Arusha via Namanga border

Amboseli to Arusha via Namanga border

Have an early breakfast at the lodge. Later, you will depart from Amboseli National Park with an en-route morning game drive, heading to Tanzania. At the Namanga border, you will complete the immigration process and will then proceed to Arusha town where you will have your overnight and rest.

Day 5

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Have your breakfast at the lodge and later depart to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival in the park, you will have an en-route game drive as you head to the lodge. You can check in and have your lunch at leisure. Later, you will have an afternoon game drive. The park's dominant feature is the Tarangire River. Although it gets very dry, the park is relatively thick with vegetation like acacia shrubs and mixed woodlands. The most memorable are the huge baobab trees dotted around in big numbers.

Herds of up to 300 elephants can be found looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. Dry-country antelope such as the fringe-eared oryx and the long-necked gerenuk are also regularly spotted. Abandoned termite mounds often house mongoose colonies.

Day 6

Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a World Heritage Site, for a crater tour. The incomparable Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest “caldera”. It is dominated by cliffs standing some 600 meters high and presenting a sheer drop to a wide-open space of some 246 square kilometers. Here, you may see everything from elephant to lion, and if you’re lucky, the near-extinct black rhino, all amongst large herds of zebra and wildebeest.

Later in the afternoon, you depart to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival in Serengeti, check in and relax.

Explore Serengeti National Park

Have a 6 to 7-hour exploration of the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. After breakfast, leave your lodge with a packed lunch (or have lunch at the lodge). Enjoy a game drive in the park and arrive back at your lodge in the late afternoon or on your request.

Depart to Arusha via Lake Manyara

Depart to Arusha via Lake Manyara

Today, your tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and depart for Lake Manyara with a picnic lunch which you'll enjoy in the bush. Do a whole day game drive in the park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania's most dramatically-located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake at the foot of the Great Rift Valley's Western escarpment. The park's varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals including one of Africa's largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara's famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

Later in the afternoon, depart to Arusha from where you will be transferred to the airport or your hotel in Arusha.
