Luxury Ivory Tree Game Lodge All-inclusive

Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated in the North West Province and is in a malaria-free area close to Sun City. It is an approximately 2.5-hour drive from Johannesburg and is located next to Bakgatla Gate. The lodge offers commanding views of the distant bushveld amphitheatre and is superbly positioned adjacent to the Pilanesberg Game Reserve’s wilderness area, thus offering the opportunity of walking trails in this untouched environment. Guests can enjoy 2 game drives daily in the Pilanesberg National Park during the morning and evening. The game drives will take between 3 and 4 hours, with a sundowners stop at sunset and a coffee stop in the morning. You will enjoy lunch and dinner on the first day.

Please note: Check-in is at 15h00. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives at this lodge, but you may make sole use of a vehicle to facilitate your family at an additional cost. Inquire concerning extra cost.

Programme guidelines (may differ):

During summer, the morning game drives are from 05h30 to 08h30 and the evening game drives from 16h30 to 19h30. Breakfast is served between 08h00 to 10h30, and you will enjoy lunch from 13h00 to 14h30. Enjoy high tea at 16h00 to 16h30, and return for dinner at 19h00 to 21h00. The lodge and the bar close at 22h00.

During winter, the wake-up call is at 06h00, with tea and coffee served in the lapa. We leave for the game drive at 06h30 and return for breakfast served between 08h00 and 10h30. After lunch at 12h30 to 14h00, we have an afternoon tea in the lapa at 15h00. We leave at 15h30 for our afternoon game drive and return for dinner served between 19h00 and 21h00.
