After breakfast, you will check out and depart from Arusha, driving through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Serengeti National Park. You'll have a picnic lunch to enjoy along the way. The Serengeti showcases some of Africa's incredible wildlife and stunning landscapes, and is famous for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras. This intense period of territorial conquests and mating rituals takes place from July through October.

You will have the opportunity to witness the survival of the fittest as these animals navigate crocodile-infested waters in their quest for more abundant grazing land. In the evening, you will drive to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to the north side of Serengeti National Park, where you'll have the opportunity to witness the Great Migration. The key feature of this spectacular event is the Mara River. It's not uncommon to see the herds cross the river in the north one day and then backtrack south a few days later. However, please note that finding a crossing is a challenging task and often a matter of luck.

This region is characterized by stunning landscapes featuring kopjes, woodlands, riverine vegetation, and open plains, all reminiscent of Kenya's Masai Mara Game Reserve. In the evening, you will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
