After arriving at Maun Airport in Botswana, you’ll transfer to a shared charter flight to the Kalahari. Set on the edge of the vast and forbidding Makgadikgadi Pans, Leroo La Tau is a remote lodge overlooking the Boteti River, a vital lifeline for the area’s wildlife. Guests enjoy game drives and interpretive walks with expert guides and trackers. Between November and May, herds of migrating wildebeest and zebra arrive, attracting predators in large numbers. A short flight north takes you to Kasane Airport on the Chobe River. You’ll enjoy a drive into the Chobe National Park before checking in at Chobe Game Lodge.
