6-Day Okavango, Moremi & Khwai Adventure Tour

Maun to Okavango Delta

We will depart from Maun after our morning breakfast and drive to the Western tip of the Okavango Delta to the traditional canoe (mokoro). On arrival at the mokoro station, you will find your polar waiting to take you on the journey inside the main channel of the delta. You will stop in one of the islands and enjoy your lunch. After your lunch, you will proceed with your journey on the mokoro to the campsite on the Island. Later in the evening, you will have entertainment from our polar singing and dancing music. You will enjoy your dinner and then spend the night in your camping tent.

Okavango Delta to Moremi Game Reserve

You will wake up in the morning for your breakfast then pack your camping tents into the mokoro and drive to the station where you will find our guide waiting for you to drive to Moremi Game Reserve. Along the way, you will have lunch and proceed to the campsite. Depending on your time of arrival, you will do your evening drive. Our dinner will be prepared by our chef at the campsite. You will sit around the fire and enjoy the dinner, discussions on the following day's itinerary will be done as well. You will spend the night in your camping tent.

Moremi to Khwai Concession Area

Just after your morning meals, you will drive to the Okavango Delta and do a boat cruise for some hours. You will have your packed lunch with us which you will enjoy after the cruise. You'll then continue your journey to the Khwai Concession Area where you will spend the night.

Khwai Concession Area

You will wake up early in the morning for the game drive in the Khwai Concession Area. The Khwai Village is rich in habitat and wildlife. The animals are attracted to the narrow ribbon of water that is the Khwai River and this provides for some spectacular wildlife viewing. This is an area where lions and leopards may be seen. There is a healthy population of plains game, including kudus, impalas, giraffes and zebras. On your way from the drive, you will enjoy your lunch and rest at the camping site. Later in the evening, you will go on an evening drive, and all meals will be prepared by the chef at the campsite.

Khwai Concession Area

You will wake up early in the morning for the game drive in the Khwai Concession area to see animals that you could not see the previous day. On your way from the drive, you will enjoy your lunch and rest at the camping site. Later in the evening, you will go on an evening drive. All meals will be prepared by the chef at the campsite.
