Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked after breakfast in your place of stay by one of our representatives & the tour guide/driver for tour briefing and then drive to Masai Mara game reserve with short stopover at the Great Rift Valley which runs from Jordan to Mozambique across Africa. We continue driving on through Longonot and Suswa and on to the Western walls arriving in the Masai Mara in time for Lunch. Relax after lunch before going for evening game drive in the Mara the most popular park in Kenya. In this park you will have the chance to spot the Big five (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo and Rhinos)under the guidance of our Professional guide. Then return to the lodge before dusk in time for dinner.

Full Day Masai Mara

After Breakfast you will head towards the Mara River in hopes for seeing the Wildebeest Crossing(Jul-Oct). Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty. Return to the lodge before dusk for dinner & overnight.

Optional Activities:
1. Early morning balloon safari. You will be dropped off at the takeoff site by the balloon company and picked up from your landing site by our safari driver. Balloon safaris are a romantic and evocative way of experiencing the wilderness of East Africa, as you gracefully and silently fly over the plains teeming with herds of wildlife in the early morning. The cost is USD450 per adult.

2. Masai village visit- witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. The cost is USD 30 per adult.

Another full day Masai Mara

After breakfast, head again to the Mara in hopes for seeing the Wildebeest Crossing(Jul-Oct). If you have seen crossing yesterday, you can choose to return to the Mara river or go around the Mara in search of the big 5 you have not spotted plus more of other resident wildlife. Again, you will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty. Return to the lodge before dusk for dinner & overnight.

Masai Mara to Nairobi

After a full English breakfast at the lodge, depart for with a morning game drive en-route. Lunch in Narok Town. Here we find the Old Africa of the movies, with rolling grasslands dotted by acacia trees and sweeping plains teeming with wildlife. Depending on your flight schedule be dropped at the airport for your onward journey.
