Maun - Nxai Pan National Park

You will be picked up at the airport or your hotel and depart for Nxai Pan National Park, eating lunch along the way. Nxai Pan covers a region of 2100sq km and includes a few bigger pans where old, salt lakes once were. These larger pans are currently covered in grass and are scattered around islands of acacia trees and smaller pans that fill with water during the rainy season. Sunsets at these waterholes can be spectacular with animals silhouetted against the setting sun. You will come back to your camp after sunset and enjoy dinner around the fire.
