Day 1

Transfer To Bwindi

Transfer To Bwindi

The tour will start with a pick-up by your tour guide from your overnight accommodation in either Entebbe or Kampala and a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have two stopovers en route, with one at the equator line where you will have a chance to take pictures and a possible water experiment to confirm the existence of the equator. The second stop will be at Igongo Cultural Center and Restaurant where you will be treated to a traditional African buffet before embarking on the scenic journey through the lush rolling hills to Kabale district.

Day 2

Gorilla Tracking

Your expert guide will collect you from your lodge after breakfast, ready to embark on an unforgettable gorilla trekking adventure.

Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guides at the park headquarters will provide essential insights and guidelines for a safe and successful trek.

Join a small group of 8 trekkers and venture into the lush Bwindi Forest, searching for majestic mountain gorillas.

Once located, spend up to 1 hour observing and photographing these incredible creatures, witnessing their behavior and interactions.
Return to the park offices for a debriefing session, sharing experiences and insights. Then, retire to your lodge for well-deserved relaxation.

Day 3

Transfer from Buhoma To Kibale

After a delicious breakfast, your expert driver-guide will take you on a thrilling journey from your lodge to Kibale National Park, renowned for its lush forests and diverse wildlife with a Drive Time of approximately 5-6 hours, depending on traffic and stops, and get ready for:

- Breathtaking Views: Edward and Maramagambo forests, stretching as far as the eye can see
- Wildlife Encounters: Olive baboons, elephants, topi, Uganda kob, and vibrant bird species
- Rwenzori Mountain Scenery: Uneven heights, rugged landscapes, and picturesque valleys

Drive through Queen Elizabeth's Ishasha Sector, famous for tree-climbing lions (seasonal), and spot, Olive baboons, Elephants, Topi, Uganda kob, and Vibrant bird species.

Your expert driver-guide will collect you from your lodge after an early breakfast, marking the beginning of an unforgettable chimpanzee-tracking adventure.

Upon arrival at the Kanyanchu Visitor Center, Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) staff will provide a comprehensive briefing, covering, Chimpanzee behavior and social dynamics, Tracking protocols, and safety guidelines, Forest ecology, and conservation efforts

Chimpanzee Tracking Experience

- Divide into small groups (maximum 6 participants) for an intimate and personalized experience, embark on a guided forest trek, navigating through Kibale's lush canopy and undergrowth
- Expert guides will lead the way, sharing insights on chimpanzee habitat, behavior, and conservation status
- Spend up to 1 hour observing and photographing the chimpanzee community, at a safe distance (7 meters/23 feet)

- Return to park headquarters for a debriefing session, and head back to your lodge for relaxation and leisure time.
