Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be warmly welcomed at the airport by one of our professional tour guides and then transferred to your hotel for check-in, lunch, and relaxation. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to take a short evening tour to the Entebbe Botanical Gardens. Alternatively, you can visit the Entebbe craft market to purchase locally made items such as Ugandan branded jerseys, huts, and other crafts. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the hotel. You may also opt to experience the nightlife in Entebbe by visiting one of the local clubs.

Entebbe - Ngamba Island
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to the docking point where you will board a boat to Ngamba Island. After a 30-minute briefing, you’ll ride 45 minutes to the Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary.
Once at the sanctuary, you will enjoy a half-day excursion to observe the orphaned chimpanzees, which is a highlight of your safari. After being introduced to the sanctuary you’ll watch the chimpanzees as they feed from the visitors' platform. This experience offers a unique opportunity to observe their behavior and lifestyle on the island.
After your visit, you will return to the pier by boat and then be transferred back to your hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.

Entebbe - Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up early in the morning to begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. You will make a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary en route. Here, you will have the opportunity to track these magnificent animals. The white rhinos became extinct in Uganda's national parks in 1980, but through the efforts of conservationists and the Uganda Wildlife Authority, the remaining few were relocated to the sanctuary for protection. Currently, there are about 18 rhinos in the sanctuary, with plans to reintroduce them to Uganda's game parks in the future.
You will have lunch at the sanctuary before continuing your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival at your lodge, you will freshen up before embarking on an evening game drive. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Murchison Falls National Park
After an early breakfast, you will embark on a game drive along the northern bank of the River Nile. This activity typically lasts between 3-5 hours and offers the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife in the park, including elephants, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, lions, hartebeest, Uganda kobs, oribis, and waterbucks.
After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat cruise on the Albert Nile, providing you with a stunning panoramic view of the mighty Murchison Falls. During the cruise, you will encounter crocodiles, hippos, and a variety of bird species along the riverbanks, such as kingfishers, cormorants, bee-eaters, and the rare shoebill stork.
Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Murchison Falls National Park - Kibale National Park
After an early breakfast, you will begin your long journey to Kibale Forest National Park. This park is known for being home to almost 13 primate species, including red colobus and L'Hoest's monkeys, among others.
You will have lunch in Kagadi before continuing your journey to Kibale Forest. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will begin chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest. During this activity, you can expect to encounter a variety of primate species, including chimpanzees and monkeys, as well as other animals such as forest elephants, buffaloes, leopards, bush pigs, duikers, lions, warthogs, reptiles, amphibians, and a colorful array of butterflies.
After your tracking experience, you will return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will go for a nature walk in the Bigodi Swamp area, where you can observe various water-loving bird species. Kibale Forest is home to almost 335 species of birds, making it a great destination for birdwatchers.
After the nature walk, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Kibale National Park - Semuliki National Park - Fort Portal
Today you will make an early morning transfer to Semuliki National Park. Upon reaching the park headquarters, you will register and then visit the Hot springs of Sempaya and the Pygmies at their new settlement in Ntandi. In the afternoon, you will drive to the wildlife reserve for a game drive, where you can look out for animals such as leopards, forest elephants, and more.
After the game drive, you will drive back to Fort Portal, where you will spend the night before proceeding to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Fort Portal - Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast you will depart Fort Portal en route to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Located at the base of the majestic Rwenzori Mountain range, the park is adjacent to Lake Edward and Lake George. Its diverse ecosystem, which includes sprawling savannah, makes it the ideal habitat for classic big game, ten primate species (including chimpanzees), and over 600 species of birds. It is the most visited national park in Uganda and is known for its thousands of hippos that populate the shorelines of the Kazinga Channel.
Upon arrival, you will have time to relax, have lunch, and in the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel. During the boat safari, you can expect to see water-loving animals such as water buffaloes, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species on the shores of the channel, including the fish eagle. After the boat safari, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After an early morning breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive to explore the wildlife along the Kasenyi plains. Keep an eye out for Cape buffalos, elephant herds, bushbucks, and warthogs, among others. The Kasenyi plains are a renowned game drive location in Queen Elizabeth National Park and offer excellent opportunities to observe predators such as lions and leopards, who are drawn to the plethora of antelopes who use the plains as a breeding ground.
After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, you will embark on a crater drive. This drive is a scenic tour offering spectacular views of the breathtaking scenery in and around Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, you will have the chance to see more animals. After the drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on a morning game drive to look for the tree-climbing lions. The chances of spotting these lions are about 70%, although they can be challenging to see, especially when they are down in the grassland hunting for prey. If you are fortunate enough to find them, the sight is both picturesque and memorable.
Ishasha is one of only two places in the world where you can see tree-climbing lions, the other being Lake Manyara in Tanzania. The lions in Ishasha spend almost the entire day resting in tree branches, either after a day of hunting or to escape the hot ground during the dry season.
After the game drive, you will continue your journey to Bwindi. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge for relaxation and your overnight stay, as you prepare for gorilla tracking the following day.

On this adventurous day, you will eat an early breakfast and then report to the Bwindi Park headquarters for a short briefing with the lead tracker/ranger guide before starting your activity. From there, you will venture into the montane forest for an encounter with the mountain gorillas.
It is an extraordinary feeling to sit in the dense rainforest, knowing you are in the presence of a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas. Locating these endangered species will depend on their last nesting location from the previous night. Once you find a gorilla group, you will be allowed only one hour in their presence.
Later in the day, you will visit the Batwa community, the first people to live in these forests, who still reside there despite many years of civilization. Afterward, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
After breakfast, you will transfer to Mgahinga National Park in Kisoro, located on the border of Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Upon arrival, you will have lunch in Kisoro town, followed by a cave exploration walk within the park.
After the walk, you will return to the hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.

Mgahinga Gorilla National Park - Lake Bunyonyi
After an early breakfast you’ll head to the park headquarters for a short briefing. Golden monkey trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park involves hiking through the forest in search of the monkeys in their natural habitat.
The activity starts at 8:00am with a briefing from the ranger guide or lead tracker. You will then head out in search of the golden monkeys using the Gahinga trail. Once you locate the golden monkeys, you will be limited to only one hour in their presence before heading back to your starting point. The trekking may take about 2-4 hours, depending on where they nested the previous night.
After the trek, you will return to the vehicle and check out of the park en route to Lake Bunyonyi.

Wake up to the whispers of the wild, have breakfast, and then drive to Lake Mburo National Park. You will pass through the Kisoro and Kabale hills, with a stopover in Mbarara for lunch before continuing to the park.
Upon arrival at the park, you will check in at your lodge and relax as you await an evening game drive to see the gentle mammals of this peaceful park. The nature walk will provide an opportunity to see a variety of animals such as zebras, giraffes, antelopes, hippos, buffaloes, topis, elands, waterbucks, and bushbucks, among many others. Later, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After an early breakfast you’ll head out for a morning game drive in search of early risers and other animals you may have missed during the previous game drive.
Lake Mburo National Park is home to a diverse range of animals that can be spotted during a game drive. Tourists can see impalas, zebras, elands, topi, antelopes, bush rats, slender mongooses, duikers, oribis, Bohor reedbucks, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, and klipspringers, among others.
Return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon, go for a boat ride on Lake Mburo, which will allow you to get quite close to crocodiles and hippos. After the boat ride, return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Mburo National Park - Kampala
Early in the morning, you will have breakfast and then embark on a hyena walk within the park. This guided walk will be escorted by an official from the Uganda Wildlife Authority for security and to provide you with more information about the park and the trail.
After the walk, you will begin your journey back to Kampala with lunch en-route. Along the way, you will make a stop at the equator in Kayabwe for the tropical balance experiment and photographs, as well as visit the Royal Drum Village at Mpambire for souvenirs. Finally, you will proceed to Entebbe or Kampala for dinner and your overnight stay at your lodge in Kampala, or the Entebbe airport for your onward departure, marking the end of your safari.
