Lake Manyara, a relatively small but diverse park 120 km west of Arusha, is named for the shallow salt lake that occupies a good seventy percent of the park's land. Flooding and drying seasonally, this soda lake is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. On our exploration of the park we will see monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, elephants, and with some luck, lions lounging on trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes; not only open grassy plains but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab dotted cliffs. After complete game drive our guid will drive you to Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2

After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. After game drive complete in the late evening our guid will drive you to your accommodation at Serengeti Serena safari lodge for relaxation dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast at the lodge we depart for another game drive in the majestic Serengeti National Park. You will wake up early and enjoy a magical game drive in Serengeti National Park before you depart in the afternoon to Ngorongoro Highland for en route game drive heading to your accommodation inside Ngorongoro.

Day 4

We shall have breakfast early in the morning at the lodge and drive to Ngorongoro Crater where we shall descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. After the crater tour our guide will drive you back to Arusha airport/JRO where its the end of our services.
