Day 1
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Tarangire National Park. The drive will take around two and a half hours. You will see all that Tarangire National Park is known for; the famous ancient baobab trees, tree-climbing pythons, and the largest concentration of African elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
After a picnic lunch, you will resume your afternoon game drive where you’ll encounter other animals such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and other antelope species in rich numbers as well as birds. You will then drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast you will drive to Ngorongoro conservation area for a crater descend, for a full day game drive with a picnic lunch midday at the base of the crater. One of the 8th Wonder of the World, the crater is a very important refuge for a variety of wildlife. Most commonly seen are big bulls of elephants and the vulnerable species of black rhinos.
The crater is also home to big herds of wildebeest and zebras, thomson and grant gazelles, hippopotamus, African cape buffalos, prides of lions, hyenas, serval cats, golden and black backed jackals, and close to 400 species of bird. Upon finishing your afternoon game drive and proceed back to Arusha/ Kilimanjaro for an overnight/ international flight or an extension to Zanzibar.
