Day 1

Your journey begins from Nairobi, the "place of cool waters" in Maasai language. Head off to Maasai Mara Game Reserve which is Kenya’s best game viewing spot due to the nature and concentration of wild animals. Lunch at Ilkeliani Tented Camp which is nestled in a river glade in an area where elephants love to come and drink from the Talek River. After a warm welcome and delightful lunch, embark on a game drive with your driver guide in Maasai Mara the ancestral home to the Maasai people. Overnight at Ilkeliani Tented Camp.

Today enjoy game drives in the Mara that will include a visit to the Mara River where thousands of wildebeest and zebra are attacked by crocodiles as they attempt to cross this mighty river during the annual migration between Tanzania and Kenya. The annual migration sees over a million wild animals moving from Serengeti National Park in Northern Tanzania to Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. Overnight at Ilkeliani Tented Camp.

Breakfast and continue on with your journey to the picturesque Great Rift Valley arriving for lunch at Flamingo Hill Camp located at the entrance of Lake Nakuru National Park which is home to an incredible variety of bird species. This afternoon enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Here you will get to see plenty of wildlife including all the famed "Big 5". Overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp.

Breakfast and depart for Amboseli National Reserve arriving for lunch at Kibo Safari which enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national reserve providing very clear and uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later in afternoon, head out for a game drive in the reserve returning back to the lodge for on time for dinner. Overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Today enjoy game drives in this magnificent park located at the foot of Africa's tallest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli comprises of groves of acacia trees and golden savanna plains. Close by are a series of emerald green swamps, which are fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro providing sources of water to huge numbers of wallowing elephants, hippos, buffaloes and plains game. Overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 6

Amboseli/Taita Hills

Amboseli/Taita Hills

Depart for Tsavo West National Park for more wildlife viewing that will include a visit to Mzima Springs. Tsavo West National Park supports all the members of the "Big 5" as well as the country’s largest elephant population. Mzima Springs comprises of four natural springs and is one of Tsavo’s most popular wildlife attractions owing to its resident populations of hippos and Nile crocodiles and numerous bird species. Later drive to Taita Hills arriving at Sarova Salt Lick Lodge late in the afternoon. Enjoy dinner and overnight game viewing at Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge.

Early morning game drive in Taita Hills Private Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Breakfast and drive to Tsavo East National Park arriving for lunch. Afternoon game drive in Tsavo East which is Kenya’s largest national park and a terrific wildlife-watching destination. Although one of Kenya’s largest rivers flows through the middle of the park, the landscape here is markedly flatter and drier. Overnight at Ashnil Aruba Lodge.

Tsavo East/Mombasa or Nairobi by Express Train

Tsavo East/Mombasa or Nairobi by Express Train

Early breakfast in the lodge. Then enjoy whole morning game drive in Tsavo East National Park and explore untouched wilderness which is home to a big variety of wildlife. After lunch, you will be dropped at VOI Train Station for the Express SGR train journey back to Nairobi arriving in the evening. You will be picked from SGR Train Station and transferred to JKIA for your departure flight.
