Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Upon your arrival at the hotel or airport, our office representative will meet you and guide you through the itinerary. You will be introduced to your safari guide before boarding the safari Landcruiser and heading south to Amboseli, where you will arrive in time for lunch. After some rest in the afternoon, at 3:30pm, you will embark on an evening safari in the renowned Amboseli National Park. Here, you will have the opportunity to witness Africa's highest free-standing mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro, and observe large herds of elephants up close. Following the safari, you will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart from Amboseli and enjoy a safari en route with the opportunity to see lions, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and giraffes, among other animals. Exit the park, drive to Lake Naivasha, and stop at a local restaurant for lunch. Arrive at Lake Naivasha in the afternoon and enjoy an exciting boat ride with a chance to see different families of hippos, zebras, giraffes, pelicans, and cormorants. Lake Naivasha has the largest population of fish eagles in Africa, and on a lucky day, you might see them fishing. Later, proceed to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.

Start your day with breakfast at the lodge and then check out. Drive along the floor of the Rift Valley to arrive at Masai Mara in time for lunch. Take the afternoon to relax and then head out for an exciting safari drive from 4:00pm until 6:30pm in the world-famous reserve. Masai Mara is home to the largest population of big cats in Kenya and is also known for the Big Five. Other animals found here include zebras, gazelles, waterbucks, and giraffes. Return to the lodge later for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full-Day in the Masai Mara National Reserve

You will start your day with an early breakfast at the lodge and then head out for a full-day safari game drive in the Mara. During the safari, you will have the opportunity to spot big cats such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, along with other animals like Masai giraffes, waterbucks, wildebeests, jackals, zebras, hyenas, elephants, and black rhinos. The Masai Mara is renowned as the Seventh Wonder of the World due to the great migration and river crossing of wildebeests annually between July and October. For lunch, you will enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic spot chosen by your driver guide. You will then return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Masai Mara to Nairobi

Today, you will start with breakfast, then check out of the camp and head for Nairobi, enjoying the stunning views of the Great Rift Valley along the way. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Nairobi or the airport for your return flight home.

Optional activities for today include a half-day city tour, a cultural experience at the Bomas of Kenya, and dinner at The Carnivore restaurant for exotic meals (fees are to be paid directly).
