Arrive – Entebbe
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, Ganyana safari driver/guide will meet you and brief you about your 8-day Big 5 and birding safari. The driver will then transfer you to your hotel or lodge overnight, where you will be welcomed by professional staff.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Your Ganyana safari driver/guide will pick you up from the hotel very early in the morning. Have a meet and greet, then begin the Murchison Falls adventure. You'll have a stopover at Nakasongola where you will have lunch, then transfer to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, an asylum to the rhinos. Enjoy a glimpse of the white rhino alongside some birding around the vicinity, and later continue on the road to Murchison Falls National Park. Later head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Morning Game Drive, Boat Cruise
Enjoy your early morning breakfast, and later proceed to the park for the morning game drive. During the drive, you will have a chance to see various wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, lions, hyenas, waterbucks, and birds of different species. After the game drive, head back to the lodge for lunch, and thereafter head for the afternoon boat safari at 2 pm on the Nile River. While on the boat you will be able to see various birds such as the shoebill, colored kingfishers, as well as other animals along the banks such as crocodiles, hippos, and elephants. This boat cruise takes you quite close to Murchison Falls, which allows you to have a great view of the magnificent falls. Later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Kibale National Park
After an early breakfast, visit the top of the falls and view the magnificent falls. Later transfer to the west through tea plantations and rolling hills to reach fort Portal town where you will have an en-route lunch before proceeding to Kibale National Park. After checking into the lodge, you will embark on a guided nature walk through the dense papyrus at Magombe Swamp which is part of Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary situated on the edge of Kibale Forest National Park. On your nature walk, you have the chance to spot up to 138 bird species including the Great Blue Turaco, a variety of butterflies and perhaps the real draw card of this swamp; its seven species of monkeys including red colobus, grey-cheeked Mangabey, L’Hoest, vervet, black and white colobus, blue monkey and baboons.

Chimpanzee trekking
After an early breakfast you will be transferred to the Uganda Wildlife Authority park headquarters where you will be briefed before embarking on your trek of the exciting chimps in Kibale Forest. Once you’ve found your group of chimpanzees, you will spend one hour with them, observing their humorous hand gestures and facial expressions, their ear-piercing squeals
and their death-defying leaps through the trees. Later head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and evening game drive
Today, after a relaxed breakfast, transfer to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will peacefully be driven to the park towards the south passing via the Crater Lake area. Appreciate the beautiful landscape with hills. Relax as you appreciate the breathtaking atmosphere at the park before going for an evening game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Game drive and an afternoon boat cruise
You shall start your morning game drive very early. This you will be able to see very many animals along the Kasenyi track, you will also be able to view different animals such as elephants, antelopes, waterbucks, buffaloes, lions, kobs among others. After the game drive, head back to the lodge for your breakfast, relax and later have lunch as you prepare for the afternoon boat cruise. You will have a great time cruising along the Kazinga channel and getting a chance to view water birds such as the saddle-billed stork, pink-backed pelicans, the malachite kingfishers, and animals such as crocodiles, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, feeding along the channel. Later in the evening, head back to the lodge, have dinner, and spend the night.

Departure back to Entebbe
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, drive back to Kampala, where on the way you will also have a chance of viewing wildlife, birds, monkeys, etc. Later, continue with your way whereby you will stop in Mbarara for lunch, after proceed and have a stopover at the equator for photos and you can also buy souvenirs. Arrive in Kampala in the evening, where we will drop you at your hotel or the airport.
