Today you will be transferred to Chobe Bakwena Lodge for your two-night stay. This is an intimate, privately owned eco-lodge on the banks of the Chobe River, where you can enjoy two activities per day – focused on both land and water-based safaris. In between, relax around the natural swimming pool or enjoy a well-deserved siesta.

Today you will be transferred to Kasane Airport for your scheduled flight to Khwai Private Reserve. Upon arrival, you will be met by a guide who will transfer you to Hyena Pan Camp for your three-night stay. Located next to the only permanent source of water for miles around, a true wildlife magnet, you don’t even need to leave the comfort of your room for top-notch wildlife watching.

Rise and shine to enjoy a morning game drive along the banks of the Khwai River. Relax at the lodge or enjoy cooling off in the pool before spending the afternoon on a game drive through part of the 200 000-ha private concession that Hyena Pan calls home. After a hard day’s game viewing, settle down in the open-air boma to watch the fire crackle while you listen to the sounds of the night….

Another Day On Safari
Today, enjoy a guided walk from the camp and get a new perspective on your surroundings! Why not adventure to the new underground hide, which offers a spectacular vantage point of Elephant’s Pool. Situated about 20 minutes from camp, where you’ll have the chance to watch elephant, zebra, giraffe, wild dog and other wildlife as they come to cool off and rehydrate. This is a wonderful experience and a photographer’s dream.
