Our representative will warmly meet you at Kilimanjaro Airport and drive you to Tarangire National Park
Tarangire NP is well known for its large elephant herds, consists of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parkland. From the open top of our safari truck we seek to encounter many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant and giraffe. It is possible that we will have the experience of seeing Simba stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above
later in the evening drive to your accommodation at the Acacia Farm Lodge in Karatu for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast depart with packed Lunches, we set out for the drive up the crater highlands. Ngorongoro Caldera was formed about three million years ago with the massive explosion of a volcano. Continuing as far as the eye can see is the vast Serengeti. This 6900 sq. mile park is inhabited by more than 1.5 million wildebeest, 250,000 thousand zebras, and in the region of 500,000 gazelle. January to April is the season when the wildebeest calve with upwards of a half million young being born. Large predators including lion, cheetah, and hyena, are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey. Many smaller animals such as rock hyrax, bat eared fox, mongoose, honey badger, jackal, monkey, baboon, and African hare, also here inhabit along with nearly 500 species of birds.
In the evening drive to the Camp, Baobab Serengeti Camp - Central, for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Full day in Serengeti National park with morning and afternoon game viewing drive in the Park. Apart from the Selous, this is the largest of all the Parks in Tanzania, summed up as 'one of the most unique areas in the world'. The Serengeti contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale which has no parallel anywhere in the world.
Even during the height of the migration towards the Masai Mara, there is a huge concentration of plains game in the Reserve, mainly concentrated around the watering places, and with good chances also of seeing the predators at work.
In the evening return at the Camp for Leisure and overnight at Baobab Serengeti Camp - Central.

Day 4

Full day in Sthe central Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drive in the park.

Day 5

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast depart with packed lunches to drive from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro descend to the floor of the crater for game viewing drives. Often described as the ‘Eighth’ wonder of the World.
Ngorongoro Crater inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater hosts the greatest concentration of wildlife on the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that, from the top, looks like a stream, full of flamingos, with forest and open plains spreading out before our eyes. The large bull elephants that reside here, have extremely large tusks due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses.
A conservation area is also inhabited by the Masai tribe.
As the sun sets on the western side of the crater rim, ascend and drive to the Acacia Farm Lodge to arrive in time to refresh for dinner.
