Our driver/guide will pick you up in Kampala or Entebbe and drive northwestwards to Murchison Falls National Park. We will make a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to view Rhinos. Rhinos got extinct in Uganda in the early 1980s, and the Ziwa site is being used as a breeding site for the black and white Rhino after we will proceed to Murchison Falls National Park for dinner & overnight.

Game Drive and Boat Trip at Murchison Falls National Park
In the morning, you will go for a game drive in the park to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, you will take a relaxing boat trip on the River Nile, and here you will have a chance to see crocodiles, hippos, and a range of rare birds. You will also see the point where the River Nile joins Lake Albert, one of this trip's “major highlights”.

Hiking to the top of the Murchison Falls in the later afternoon
After the boat cruise on the Nile, you will take a hike to the top of the falls at the upper Murchison Falls National Park. Here you will have spectacular views of the Murchison Falls along the Nile River.
