In the morning after breakfast meet your driver-guide and start the safari to Arusha National Park for a game drive. It is the closest national park to Arusha town—northern Tanzania’s safari capital. Arusha National Park is a multi-faceted jewel, often overlooked by safari goers, despite offering the opportunity to explore a beguiling diversity of habitats within a few hours. It takes about 40 minutes from Arusha town. Upon entering the park, you will immediately feel immersed in nature. In no time you will see monkeys and gazelles as you drive through the wilderness. You will leave the park with plenty of time to reach your lodge accommodation near Ngorongoro. Enjoy some rest before your next day of game driving. Your overnight stay is at Panorama Safari Camp.

Day 2
Arusha National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you'll depart for Ngorongoro Crater; sometimes considered as the 8th Wonder of the World.
Home to over 120 species of mammals including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought after safari destinations in the world. It's a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water.
From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you'll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognizable faces. The crater is home to a large number of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, Cape buffalo, and more. It is truly one of Africa's premier safari destinations. Then drive back to Manyara for your overnight at Panorama Safari Camp.

Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha City

After breakfast at Panorama Safari Camp, depart to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara National Park is located 126 kilometers from Arusha and takes about 3 hours to get to the park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous. After a game drive, get back to Arusha town for your drop off.
