Upon your arrival in Uganda, your tour begins in Entebbe where you will meet and greet our guide and driver and proceed to the hotel for dinner and overnight. While at the hotel, you can relax from a long journey as you wait for the safari the next day.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Our Ganyana safari driver-guide will pick you up from the hotel very early in the morning for the drive to Murchison Falls, Uganda’s largest and oldest national park. Four of the Big Five can be spotted here; lion, buffalo, elephant, and leopard, as well as many other animals. Have a stopover at Nakasongola where you will have lunch and then transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, an asylum for the rhinos. Enjoy a glimpse of the white rhino and experience some birding around the vicinity. When you reach the park, go for an evening game drive. Later, you head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Early-morning game drive and cruise to the “bottom of the falls”
After an early breakfast, set off for a morning game drive on the Northern Delta Nile with sightings of lions, buffalos, waterbucks, Jackson’s hartebeests, Rothschild’s giraffes, oribis, and baboons. You will embark on a three-hour boat cruise on the Nile. This boat ride offers an amazing view of the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds are seen along the shores of the river. Later, head back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Game drives and view the top of the falls
Have an early breakfast, and go on a game drive in several designated game-drive areas. The main areas are the delta where there are great chances of seeing lions lie in wait for prey as they go to the water to drink. The southern sector is famously known as the "heart of Murchison Falls" to view the top of the falls. Later, head to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Kibale Forest and Bigodi nature walk
After an early breakfast, you will begin your gorilla and savannah safari. You will be transferred west through tea plantations and rolling hills to reach Fort Portal town where you will have an en-route lunch before proceeding to Kibale National Park. After checking into the hotel, you will embark on a guided nature walk through the dense papyrus at Magombe Swamp. It is part of the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary situated on the edge of Kibale Forest National Park.
On your nature walk, you have the chance to spot up to 138 bird species including the great blue turaco and a variety of butterflies. The real drawcard of this swamp is its seven species of monkeys including red colobus, grey-cheeked mangabey, L’Hoest's monkey, vervet, black and white colobus, blue monkey, and baboon.

Chimpanzee trekking
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the Uganda Wildlife Authority park headquarters. Here, you will be briefed before embarking on your exciting trek of the chimps in Kibale Forest, the primate capital of the world. You will spend one hour with these primates and later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Rise up early in the morning, and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular and accessible savannah reserve. The area has one of the highest biodiversity ratings of any game reserve in the world, including a total of ninety-five recorded mammal species and more than six hundred and ten species of birds.

Lion tracking, game drive and cruise on the Kazinga Channel
Depart for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, aiming to spot lions hunting. The Kasenyi Plains is a prime location to track the prides of lions that hunt the game herds here. Expect to see elephant, buffalo, warthog, bushbuck, waterbuck, and vast herds of Uganda kob. You are joined on this game drive by a guide from Uganda Wildlife Authority who is an expert in tracking the lions.
After lunch, you will explore the Kazinga Channel on a water safari as the river flows through the heart of the park and connects Lake Edward and Lake George. On your boat cruise, expect to spot elephant, buffalo, warthog, and waterbuck as they cool off along the river banks in the heat of the day.

Transfer to Ishasha Sector – Ntungwe River
Today, you'll transfer to the remote Ishasha Wilderness Camp in the idyllic Southern Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park on the Ntungwe River. An exclusive camp with superb accommodations for people who enjoy the retreat of a true wilderness, Ishasha is also one of only two places in the world where you can see tree-climbing lions.

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
You will exit Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Ishasha Plains in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for another epic game drive. Ishasha is famous for its iconic tree-climbing lions that climb trees to catch the cool breeze. After your game drive, you will leave Queen Elizabeth National Park and head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Gorilla Trekking
After an early breakfast and with a packed lunch, you will be transferred to the Uganda Wildlife Authority park headquarters where you’ll be briefed on the gorilla tracking which begins at 8:00 am. You will then be guided into the jungle to track the shy primates. You will spend one hour with the gorilla family and later transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Transfer to Entebbe
With a sumptuous African breakfast, you will transfer from Bwindi to Entebbe. You will have a stopover at the equator and later continue with the journey back to Entebbe. You will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
