Day 1

Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, the Company guide will receive and welcome you to Uganda. Thereafter transfers you to your booked accommodation in Entebbe. At the hotel your guide will brief you about the highlights of your trip. You can opt for a city tour depending on your time of arrival, have rest and prepare for your unforgettable safari.

Day 2

Transfer to Kibale National Park

Transfer to Kibale National Park

After your delicious breakfast, your trip will begin with a transfer to Kibale National park. Kibale National park boasts of great numbers of primates and apes such as black and white Columbus monkey, grey cheeked mangabey, red Columbus and also nocturnal primates like the Thomas’ galago various bird species for bird lovers within the Bigodi wetland and numerous tree species. You will have a stopover in Fort Portal town situated in the shadow of the “mountains of the moon” for lunch. Thereafter continue to Chimpanzee Forest Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

After your delicious breakfast, we proceed to the park offices for briefing. An experienced ranger guide will take you through the chimpanzee trekking. Once you allocate the chimpanzees, you will have an hour with them. Other primates like the red tailed monkey, black and white Columbus monkey, L’Hoest monkey, grey cheeked mangabey, bush baby, the very shy sitatunga, various bird species such as little greenbul, yellow spotted nicator, green breasted pitta, the crowned eagle, black bee eater will be seen during the walk. Later go back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon we set out to the Bigodi wetland, an ideal place for bird lovers. This walk will take you through beautiful sceneries, grassland and small communities where locals are likely to greet you with enthusiastic waves. During this walk you are likely to have a glimpse at the blue turaco.

Day 4

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National and Evening Game Drive

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National and Evening Game Drive

After a calm breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park, we reach in time for lunch. In the evening we will embark on an evening game drive in search for lions, solitary buffaloes, elephants, spotted hyenas, waterbucks, bush bucks, warthogs, Uganda Kob. Back to the lodge for dinner and a night of confort in the wild.

Have early morning breakfast, the safari will continue with a morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains in search for lions, buffaloes, elephants and other mammals like hyenas, Uganda kob, Warthog, water bucks, bush backs. This is a great opportunity for wildlife sighting as animals be most active in the morning hours. We return to the lodge from this beautiful adventure and relax. In the afternoon go for a boat cruise on the kazinga channel where you will see lots of elephants, herds of buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles grazing on the river shores and cooling off on the shores. The shore is also a home of numerous bird species including pied and malachite kingfisher, saddle billed stock. Back to the lodge for refreshing drinks and overnight.

After a relaxed breakfast, check out and We drive though the Ishasha sector famous for tree climbing lions. You will sight other animals like the elephants, cape buffalo, Uganda Kob to increase on your animal count. We reach Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening and check in your lodge for dinner and overnight as you prepare for your tomorrow's adventure.

Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast, proceed to the park offices for briefing where we are allocated gorilla trekking groups and given tips on how to encounter with the gentle giants. It may take a few minutes or hours depending on the movements of the gorillas. Upon return from the deep forest, you will receive a gorilla trekking certificate. There after you will return for lunch and drive off to Lake Bunyonyi. The lake is framed by lush, green- terraced hills with 29 Islands of different shapes and sizes scattered across the water that will give you a magical view.
