On this day your safari will begin with transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Expect stop over at the equator for beautiful pictures and lunch en-route. You will reach in the late afternoon. Check in your accommodation and rest as you prepare for tomorrows adventure.

Day 2

Gorilla Trekking experience

Gorilla Trekking experience

After breakfast, you will head off into the famous Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search for the magnificent mountain gorillas of Uganda. As you make your way through the rainforest, you may come across any number of the 5 other primate species. The gorillas you will trek belong to one of the habituated family groups who tolerate the presence of humans for a brief period every day. After a trek through the dense jungle you will be rewarded with face to face sightings of one of the rarest animals on earth. Sit in silence and observe these amazing gentle giants for one hour before heading back to the lodge for lunch, a massage and a relaxed evening among the sounds of the forest.

Day 3

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Via Ishasha Sector

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Via Ishasha Sector

Enjoy some breakfast before leaving the reserve and making your way to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through the Ishasha Sector for a chance to see the famous tree-climbing lions. On the lucky day you will be able to see the lions perched in a fig tree, keeping an eye out for the antelopes that roam the area. Have a picnic lunch along the Ishasha River while watching hundreds of hippos wallowing in the water before making your way to the northern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in the evening and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Morning Game Drive and Afterrnoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel

After a leisurely breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, which form part of the vast Savannah of the Albertine Rift Valley in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. You can expect to encounter the big cats, elephants, buffaloes and various other antelopes on your drive. Later you will return to camp before heading out for a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel in the afternoon. Here you will be able to enjoy a different game viewing experience as you float past the animals that have come to drink. In the evening you will make your way back to the lodge for some dinner.

Day 5

Transfer to Kibale National Park

Transfer to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kibale National Park and enjoy an en-route stop at the equator line for a chance to take some photos. Proceed to Fort Portal, traveling through the foothills of the Mountains of the Moon and enjoy a traditional African lunch. Thereafter continue to Kibale National Park through green hills of tea plantation and enjoy a relaxed evening with community tour.

Day 6

Chimpanzee Trekking

Chimpanzee Trekking

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the park’s headquarter for a pre-trek briefing and then begin your hike into the forest as you search for the famous chimps. Once you find them, you will be able to spend an hour with the group, watching them as they climb the trees, play and interact with one another and witness their fascinating behaviors while listening to the sounds of the jungle around you. You may see some of the other primates, including the grey cheeked mangabey and the red tailed monkey amongst various bird species. After your time in the forest, you will head back to the lodge for lunch. In the evening you will have the chance to enjoy an optional Bigodi wetland walk tour before dinner.

After an early breakfast, you will drive to Murchison Falls National Park with an en-route lunch stop in Hoima Town. After lunch proceed and arrive at the park in the afternoon. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife as you make your way to your lodge, you might see some of the elephants and giraffes.

After breakfast, you will head out on a morning game drive towards the delta to experience some of the spectacular wildlife in the reserve including the big cats and herds of giraffes. In the afternoon you will set out for the boat cruise on the Nile and make your way to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. Enjoy sightings of hippos and Nile crocodiles among the many other animals that come to drink. Keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful bird life, including the iconic African fish eagle. Return to lodge.

Enjoy some breakfast before checking out and driving to the top of the Murchison Falls for the chance to see the Nile squeeze through a 7 meter wide gorge creating an impressive display of power as the water thunders down for 45 meters. After the amazing waterfall scenes, proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for lunch and Rhino experience which allows you to get close to these amazing creatures. Witness the beauty of these African unicorns while walking with a ranger for about an hour. Later you will proceed to Entebbe where you will check in to your hotel and enjoy your final dinner of the safari.
