Kigali to Bwindi National Park

Your private guide, with his/her 4WD vehicle, meets you on arrival at Kigali Airport, either off an international flight, or after a safari elsewhere in Africa. Leaving the lively capital, you drive north-west through lush hills and bustling market towns for approximately 4 hours, to the Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park which is a home to half of the population of Mountain Gorillas.

Gorilla Habituation

After an early breakfast transfer to Ruhija Sector on arrival attend the briefing by a ranger guide, enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure. The beauty of this rain forest is spectacular. The area offers dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savoured. Many find it to be a rare and moving opportunity.

Bwindi National park to kgali

After an early morning breakfast, we will embark on the journey to Kigali. upon arrival in Kigali, we will visit the Kigali Genocide Museum and later transfer to the airport targeting for your flight back home.
