9-Day Vic Falls Adventure, Chobe Park & Okavango Delta

Victoria Falls adventure and game drive safari tour

On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, guests will be met by a guide who will take them to their lodge. They will be assisted with check-in on arrival and a full tour-briefing meeting is done thereafter. Guests will be shown to their rooms. Depending on the time, they will prepare for the first activity at 16h00. The sunset cruise will allow guests time to unwind from the flying fatigue as they cruise up the Zambezi River. After the cruise, guests are transferred to the lodge in time for dinner.

Day 2 will begin with a 3-hour morning game drive at 06h00 with tea being served during the drive. After the game drive, guests will be transferred back to the lodge for breakfast at 09h30. The next activity is a scenic helicopter flight which will give an aerial view of Victoria Falls. Afterward, it will be time to experience the guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Natural Wonders of the World. The day will come to an end with a boma dinner at 18h45.

Chobe National Park tour and boat cruise

Guests are picked up as early as 09h30 to drive to Botswana (75 km from Victoria Falls) which will take about 1 hour of safe driving. Guests are requested to have money to pay for their visas. We also recommend that you buy a Kaza visa or a multiple entry visa on arrival at the Victoria Falls Airport so that there will be no need for a visa when you go to Botswana for the Chobe game drive. Should you have a Kaza visa, you may only need to pay for visas on the Botswana border (depending on your nationality). On arrival at the border, guests will be assisted with immigration formalities and then transferred to the Botswana side. After the border formalities, we drive to the lodge to check in. The first activity will be the 3-hour safari boat cruise along the Chobe River at 15h00. During the activity, guests will buy snacks and drinks. Later, we return to the lodge for dinner.

Morning Chobe game drive and transfer to Elephant Sands Lodge

Guests will do a morning game drive at 05h30. The pick-up time is early so that we enhance the chances of seeing cats when they will still be hunting. The game drive will take 3 hours, which will allow more opportunity to see wildlife which includes elephants, antelopes, buffalos, impalas, and many others. Tea is served during the game drive. After the activity, guests will have their breakfast at the lodge.

We will drive to Elephant Sands Lodge which is approximately 260 km from Kasane. The lodge is located in the park which is home to elephants (as the name suggests). On arrival, we will check in and in the afternoon do a game drive, either in the private concession or in the park, depending on the guide's recommendation.

Ntwetwe Pan Expedition without Quad bikes and Baobab bushwalk

We arrive at the Gweta Lodge in Gweta in mid-morning. The activities which are available include either an afternoon game drive in Ntwetwe Pan or a baobab bush walk. Guides will share incredible information about the baobab trees which are estimated to be 4,000 years old. Meerkats are also present here and you can learn about this animal species' behaviour and adaptation.

Moremi game drive, mokoro experience and Okavango aerial flight

We depart from Elephant Sands Camp after breakfast at 09h00. The distance to Maun town is 300 km, which we'll cover by driving safely through the park. The expected time of arrival is at 12h00 when we will check in at Cresta Maun Hotel. Guests will settle into their rooms after check-in and later enjoy lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon at 14h30, guests will do their first activity which is the aerial flight over the Okavango Delta. After the flight, guests will be transferred back to the hotel where they will have dinner.

Moremi National Park game drive experience

Guests will do a full-day Moremi National Park game drive, an activity that will give you an opportunity to see more wildlife. There are more cats to see here like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as other wildlife such as antelopes, zebras, kudus, and elephants. A packed lunch is served while doing the game drive. At 16h00, the game drive will end and guests will be transferred back to the hotel for dinner.

Mokoro dug-out canoeing experience

Guests will do a full-day mokoro adventure. The activity will allow an up-close opportunity to learn more about the culture and also the animals that live along the delta waters. Guests will do the tour on a dug-out canoe. The activity enhances support for the community as people in the surrounding areas provide this service. The transfer pick-up time is at 07h00 am and the expected time of arrival is at 17h00.
