Day 1

The Kruger National Park Adventure Begins

The Kruger National Park Adventure Begins

You will be picked up from Johannesburg and transferred to your accommodation that’s situated in Hazyview, only a short drive away from the iconic Kruger National Park (the drive from Johannesburg takes approximately 4-5 hours).
There will be a comfort stop along the way to buy some refreshments and to stretch your legs.
You'll arrive in the afternoon. Settle in and relax until it’s time to go on your first open safari vehicle Kruger game drive at around 4:00 pm. Here you will have an opportunity to see the Big Five and some other magnificent African wildlife. The game drive extends into the night (the drive duration is approximately 3 hours).
Return to your lodge/hotel afterwards and enjoy a tasty dinner at the lodge’s restaurant.

Enjoy breakfast at 7:00 am before departing on a full day Panorama Route tour.
Explore the Blyde River Canyon (one of the largest in the world), and the stunning scenic viewpoints such Bourke’s Luck Potholes and Three Rondavels, the best view over the canyon is from above. Visit the Graskop Gorge Glass Lift (subject to availability), with a breathtaking view of the gorge stretching to the wide expanses of the Lowveld and at the bottom of the gorge, a beautiful indigenous forest walk.
Return to your accommodation late afternoon, where you can relax until dinner can be enjoyed at the lodge’s restaurant.

Day 3

Full-Day Open Vehicle Game Drive

Full-Day Open Vehicle Game Drive

This exciting day starts early with a 5:00 am departure on a full day Kruger National Park open vehicle safari. Because of the early start to the day, you will receive a tasty and nutritious breakfast pack the previous evening after dinner which you can enjoy at a scenic sight inside the park.
You will have the whole day to explore one of the largest wildlife conservation areas in Africa (Kruger National Park). Try to spot Africa’s dangerous Big Five and other rare and interesting species, fully guided by a highly experienced and qualified nature guide.
Enjoy lunch at one of Kruger Park’s restaurants (on your own account). Afterwards, continue your Kruger adventure in the afternoon to try and spot what you might have missed in the morning. Return to your accommodation late afternoon, where you can relax until dinner time.

Day 4

Moholoholo Wildlife Centre & Canyon Boat Cruise

Moholoholo Wildlife Centre & Canyon Boat Cruise

After breakfast at 8:00 am, transfer to Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre which is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive from your lodge. Enjoy a 2-hour tour that starts at 9:30 am, where you will be able to get very close to some of Africa’s threatened and endangered wildlife. Some animals that can be viewed are famous stoffel (honey badger), lion, leopard, birds of prey, hyena, serval and many more.
From 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, you will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch (at your own account).
At 3:00 pm, enjoy a relaxed boat cruise inside the Blyde River Canyon (duration 1 hours 30 minutes). Be on the lookout for animals such as crocodiles, hippos, plenty of water birds and the rare Tufa Falls.
Afterwards, transfer back to the lodge where you will be able to enjoy dinner on arrival.

Extended Open Vehicle Morning Drive & Johannesburg Transfer

Receive a packed breakfast before departing on your last Kruger game drive. Enjoy a last opportunity to spot the animals that might have eluded you during your previous excursions during an extended morning Kruger game drive. Return to the lodge at around 11:00 am and freshen up before departing back to Johannesburg.
Enjoy the scenic drive back with a stop along the way to stretch your legs or to buy some refreshments. You'll arrive in Johannesburg in the afternoon.
