Arrive at Victoria Falls - One of the Natural Wonders of the World

You will be met at Victoria Falls Airport and transferred to your hotel. After you have checked in and freshened up, you will be collected for a guided tour of the Victoria Falls. You will be accompanied through the rainforest by a qualified guide, who will give a brief history of the falls, as well as inform you about the flora, fauna, bird & wildlife and other points of interest. There is nothing quite like the heart-pounding sensation of standing on the edge of these magnificent falls and being drenched by the never-ending spray. On your visit to "The Smoke That Thunders" very few people are prepared for the incredible beauty and strength and power of the mighty Victoria Falls.
Your stay at Victoria Falls will be at the Cresta Sprayview Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. An optional activity this evening could be to enjoy the "Boma Dinner". This is a wonderfully atmospheric evening of entertainment and dining. All tastes and diets are catered for with local dishes. (On request).

Full day to enjoy activities at Victoria Falls - The Adventure Capital of Southern Africa

Perhaps you might like to take a self-guided walk down to the falls before breakfast as you know the way now and the area is very safe. You will need an early start to be back for breakfast. The falls do take on different appearances with the various light directions during the day. In the morning the mist of the falls when backlit creates a softer atmospheric view.
After breakfast there are various optional activities that can be arranged. Go for the white-water rafting expedition in the Batoka Gorge beneath the falls. You can visit the Elephant Sanctuary or take a helicopter/microlight flip over the falls, Lastly in the months of August to November visit the Devil’s Pool on the Zambian side of the falls.
Included this evening is the beautiful Zambezi River Dinner cruise, passing islands in the river and along the shore. You will often view elephants and hippos swimming to and from the islands and antelope, zebra and giraffe on the rivers edge while you dine. Return transfers included.

Last Day in Victoria Falls

After an early breakfast and depending on your flight departure time, you can go for one last self-guided tour of the falls or some other optional activity. Your driver will then meet you in the lobby area of the Cresta Sprayview Hotel at a suitable time for your transfer back to the airport. Flights are not included in this package but Mmilo Tours willl gladly assist by recommending the best connections to arrive or depart to Victoria Falls and if you are tight for time we can also include the flights in the tour package. (we levy a booking fee and book fully refundable fares).
